By test driving, you assume full responsibility for any damages or accidents. Grand Dallas Auto Inc. is not liable for any incidents during the test drive.

10. All Sales Final – No Returns or Refunds
All vehicle sales are final. Once a vehicle leaves the dealership lot:

• No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be accepted.
• Buyers must inspect and test drive vehicles before purchase.
• We make no guarantees, warranties, or promises about the vehicle’s future condition.

11. No Verbal Agreements or Promises
Only written agreements are valid. Any verbal promises made by employees are not enforceable.

Customers must ensure that all important terms are in the final written contract before purchasing.

12. Vehicle Condition & Inspection Disclaimer
All vehicles are sold as-is. Grand Dallas Auto Inc. makes no warranties, express or implied.

It is the buyer’s responsibility to inspect the vehicle before purchase. We do not guarantee a vehicle’s condition after it leaves our lot.

13. Odometer Disclosure & Title Status
Grand Dallas Auto Inc. accurately discloses vehicle mileage & title status at the time of sale.

• Mileage may change due to test drives.
• We are not responsible for pre-existing odometer discrepancies.
• Buyers acknowledge rebuilt/salvage title status before purchase.

Customers accept all title and mileage information at the time of purchase.

14. General Liability Release
